The new management building of the factory, which is located in an area where air pollution is intense, was designed to be protected from environmental pollution and to re-create its own micro-climate in the interior space. For this purpose, an interactive communal hall was planned with natural green that would welcome all employees entering the factory.
The 3-floor high main entrance hall was treated as an interior garden, isolated from the polluted air outside. This transparent entrance made it possible to also observe the factory environment.
Office departments were designed to emphasize the sense of collaboration and interaction by providing visual connections from various platforms to the factory and other departments.
