Located in the Kahramanmaraş Organized Industrial Zone, the ING Bank IT & Operations Center is a facility with a total construction area of approximately 7,000 m². Designed to accommodate around 600 personnel, the building functions as an “Administration and Social Center”, “Data Center”, and “Call Center”.

Blocks A and C, also referred to as the Operational Blocks, each consist of two floors covering 2,400 m², totaling 4,800 m² of enclosed space. These areas house the data center, call center, operations center, and meeting rooms. The columns, beams, and slabs of these blocks were constructed using prefabricated concrete elements.

Block B, centrally positioned and designed as the Entrance Block, features transparent architecture and accommodates the administrative offices, cafeteria, recreation and entertainment areas, and a sports center. Spread over three floors plus a lower-level floor for services, this block comprises four floors in total and is constructed with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.

The first phase of construction, including Blocks A and B, was completed in 2013. The project was finalized in 2014 with the addition of Block C.
