ING Bank IT & Operational Center is located at the Organized Industrial Zone in the eastern Anatolian province of Kahramanmaras. The 4.500 m² project was designed with sustainability principles while combining aesthetics with the high technological demands of a data center.
The design has already become a local landmark attracting young talent. The data center and call center created 600 jobs for the local workforce.
The design has three blocks: The 2 office blocks include two functional floors having a total area of 2.400 m². In this section are the Data Center, Call Center, Operational Center and meeting rooms.
In the monumental transparent glass entrance block are the dining hall, leisure and entertainment areas, sports center as well as the building’s administrative sections distributed over 3 floors. The first two blocks were built during the first phase of construction, immediately followed by the third block with an additional 2.400 m².
