The project began when ING Bank decided to move part of its offices to a newly built business centre. This meant that ING Bank, like many other corporations, would have a base in Ümraniye, an expanding district on Istanbul’s Asian side.
The project comprised the interior design of 6 floors housing a data centre, call centre and some offices, as well as two basement floors housing technical facilities. The total area was nearly 9.000 m². The principal aim of the project was a design providing maximum efficiency for the open-plan office areas, each covering an area of 1.250 m².
