The building sits on the corner of the prestigious Izmir and Tbilisi streets at the rapidly developing city of Baku. HAS was responsible for the development and technical coordination of the concept design prepared earlier by a local architect. 25.000 m² project includes 13.000 m² of offices, 6.000 m² of shopping, 3.000 m² of studio apartments and 3.000 m2 parking area.
