As a new model of urban transformation in Turkey, the project was started with the participation of all stakeholders, the property owners, the municipality, investors and architects/engineers. All buildings open to a peaceful, green public space, free from traffic. Located at the beginning of the new Levent-Maslak business district, the 400.000sqm mixed use urban renewal project insures day and night use with office, housing and commercial units.
